    Hey All!
Looking to get a set of two hoverboards for my nephews- one 13, and one 9 yrs old. I don't want to cause any conflict by getting two different models (and losing aunt of the year), but since the older one is much taller I'm wondering if I should opt for one with bigger wheels for him? Any tips from folks who have gotten them for teens/siblings? Help an aunt out!

    Hi Rachael,

I recommend the mini hoverboard (4.5 inch wheels) for your 9 year old, and a regular 6.5 inch wheel hoverboard for your 13 year old.
You can find them here respectively:

    Hope this helps!

My 9 year old son has a board with 10 inch wheels, and has done very well with it. The bigger air filled tires handle bumps in the sidewalks, patio pavers, etc very well. It even works on the grass. The terrain the board will be used on might want to be considered when you are choosing your board (s).
